Shaneil founded Snipe Mediation after years of insurance defense practice, handling a high-volume caseload across motor vehicle, premises liability, and commercial trucking matters for national and regional carriers.

That experience shapes how she mediates: with a clear-eyed understanding of reserves, exposure, and comparative fault, and a structured process that respects both sides' time and position. She holds a mediation certification earned in 2023, is a licensed Texas attorney, and volunteers as a mediator with the Harris County Dispute Resolution Center.
Snipe Mediation was built on a simple premise: that resolution should be efficient, fair, and grounded in real subject-matter expertise, not generic neutrality.
